Quick Leveling Guide for First Aid
Where to start?
First you will require at least the amount of cloth specified.
Cloth Type - Cloth Amount* - Auction House** - Humaniod Drop Level
Linen Cloth - 120 - 1.50g - Level 5-19
Wool Cloth - 105 - 4.67g - Level 18-35
Silk Cloth - 90 - 3.95g - Level 28-42
Mageweave Cloth - 70 - 5.07g - Level 41-54
Runecloth - 50 - 4.62g - Level 50-63
Crafting your way to 300
After you have gathered/bought all your materials it is now time for the tedious part. First find a First Aid trainer in your major city; you can do this talking to a guard. Once there train it and your ready to go. You can find this skill like any other crafting skill in your general spells which can be brought up by pressing “p”; Tip: To make it easier on yourself put the number of bandages you need to make in the box at the bottom of the craft screen and click “Create”. Do not hit “Create all” as this will cause you to make too many of a lesser bandage.

1-40 Linen Bandage (40 Linen Cloth used)
40-80 Heavy Linen Bandage (80 Linen Cloth used)
80-115 Wool Bandage (35 Wool Cloth used)
115-150 Heavy Wool Bandage (70 Wool Cloth used)
For 150 to 225 skills, you need to buy a book to learn expert. Deneb Walker for Alliance is found in Arathi highland on the northern part of Stromgrade. (also it is often found on the AH if you don’t mind paying twice or more of the original price) For horde your looking for Balai Lok'Wein who is found in Dustwallow Marshin Brackenwall village. Heavy Silk and Mageweave bandages are also learned from books from these same vendors.
150-180 Silk Bandage (30 Silk Cloth used)
180-210 Heavy Silk Bandage (60 Silk Cloth used)
210-240 Mageweave Bandage (30 Mageweave Cloth used)
For your 225+ skill and pattern, you will need to visit the trauma doctor (Hammerfall for horde and Theramore Isle inside the keep for Alliance)
I believe you must be level 40 and have 225+ FA to do this quest.
This quest is rather fun but it can take a few tries to get the hang of. You will be asked to help mend wounded soldiers and you will be given some bandages. (It helps if you put these bandages on your hot bar for easy access). You must mend them before they die and despawn. Another thing to note is some soldiers are wounded badly and will die faster then others.
The rest of your skills will be given to you when you have met the required skill level. To get these all you have to do is talk to the doctor and complete the dialog.
240-260 Heavy Mageweave Bandage (40 Mageweave Cloth used)
260-290 Runecloth Bandage (30 Runecloth used)
290-300 Heavy Runecloth Bandage (20 Runecloth used)
